About us

A small appliance repair crew that works one town

Eight years, one city, and a van that knows the way to Sun City without the map. That is most of the story, but here is the rest of it.

Service van parked outside a house in Georgetown, Texas

How it started

Eight years of the same streets

We started out covering a slice of Williamson County and spread too thin doing it. Drive time ate the day, arrival windows slipped, and people were told “sometime Thursday” more often than anyone liked. So we cut the map down to Georgetown and kept it there.

What that bought us is simple. A technician can be across town in fifteen minutes instead of fifty. He has seen your model before, because the same builders put the same appliances in the same subdivisions. And he already knows that the water here chews through inlet valves and drain pumps, so he checks those first rather than last.

Nobody here is a franchise office or a call center routing you to whoever is nearest. The people who answer and the people who turn up live in Georgetown.

How we work

Four things we hold to

One town, nothing past the line

Georgetown and the neighborhoods inside it. Turning down work outside the city is what keeps the arrival windows honest for the people in it.

The number comes first

The fault gets diagnosed, you hear what the repair costs, and you say yes or no. Nothing is opened up further and nothing is added to the total afterwards.

In your kitchen, not somewhere else

Appliances are repaired where they stand. Nothing is taken away, and the van carries the parts that fail most often on the brands common here.

We say when it is not worth it

If a repair costs more than the machine is worth, that is what you are told at the diagnosis. It is a short conversation and it saves everybody the argument later.

Service area

Georgetown, and the neighborhoods inside it

We work Georgetown and nothing beyond the city line, which is the whole point. A short drive means a tighter arrival window and a technician who knows whether your street is on well water or city supply before he pulls up.

ZIP codes we cover

78626 78628 78633

Most Georgetown addresses sit in one of those three. Do not see your ZIP on the list? Call us anyway. The city line and the ZIP lines do not agree everywhere, and your street may well still be ours.

Book a visit

Request a technician

Three fields is all we need. The rest gets sorted on the phone.

Before you send it

Have the brand and, if you can reach it, the model number from the sticker inside the door or along the frame. It saves a phone call later and gets the right parts into the van the first time.
