We take as little as the job allows, use it to schedule and finish your repair, and sell none of it. The detail is below.

Booking a visit means giving us a name, a telephone number, an email address and the address where the appliance lives. Using the form on this site sends those same details through along with whatever you have written in the message.
We also note which appliance was worked on, what had failed, and which components went in. That history is what lets somebody answer a warranty question months afterwards without making you explain the whole story again.
02
Your contact details sit on file so an appointment can be confirmed, so the technician can ring ahead on the day, and so we can reach you about the warranty if the need arises. The service address is there so the van finds the right house. The repair record is there so the ninety days of cover can be honored.
03
Your information is not sold, not rented, and not handed to marketing firms. Calling about a dishwasher does not land you on a mailing list. Your address goes to nobody outside the people performing or scheduling the repair.
04
Card details are handled by the card processor and never stored on our side. Where a component ships straight to your house, only the delivery details reach the supplier and nothing further. On an ordinary job those are the only outside parties involved at all.
05
Repair records stay on file for a number of years, since warranty queries and insurance matters alike tend to surface long after anybody expects them to. Prefer yours gone? Ring the office and say so, and everything we are not legally obliged to keep gets removed.
06
Basic analytics tell us which pages people actually read. That information is aggregated and does not identify anybody individually. No advertising trackers run on this site and no audience data is sold from it.
07
Ask for a copy of your file, ask for something in it to be corrected, or ask for the record to be deleted outright. A phone call is enough to set any of that in motion, and you get told what was done rather than left wondering.
08
Any change to this policy comes with a change to the date printed at the top. What we collect will not quietly widen without being written here first.
Call the office and ask. None of this is written to catch anyone out, and we would rather explain a line than have you guess at it.
